Fleetwood Park – Lynwood

The fitness trail at Fleetwood Park has outdoor fitness elements for all ages and abilities. The Tai Chi Wheel and Hand Cycle are great for flexibility and mobility in seniors and the two other modules feature components that will challenge the upper and lower body as well as core fitness.
