Plyo Box Jumps

Box jumps are an excellent way to enhance explosive power, further develop strength through your lower body, improve vertical jump height, and generally improve athletic performance.

INSTRUCTIONS: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, perform a quarter squat before aggressively swinging the arms forward and jumping onto the box. Step down from the box and repeat.
