Handstands work your core and improve balance while giving you the benefits of increased circulation. You’ll engage your whole body while using your shoulders, arms, core, and back.
In a sprinter’s stance, feet shoulder-width apart, kick up into a handstand position with feet against the wall. Slowly lower your body toward the ground then push your body up to start position.
