‘Come & Try’ ParkFit – Launches a Success

During September, Forpark Australia hosted a number of ‘Come & Try’ days for its new ParkFit range. The Come & Try days were held in Brisbane, Sydney and Perth and were a huge success.

The Sydney event was held at Gore Hill Park in St Leonards. Despite a rainy few weeks in Sydney, the launch fit in nicely between showers, and was attended by numerous local Sydney councils who enjoyed an informative tour of the equipment by a personal trainer.

The Brisbane event was held at Downfall Creek in Virginia. Some of the bigger councils, including Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane City seemed quite impressed with the new equipment, and talks of upcoming projects ensued.

The Perth event was held in two locations; Andrew Thompson Reserve in Waterford and Wayman Reserve in East Fremantle. As always the Perth weather did not disappoint over the two days. A rather diverse mix of council and commercial customers, including landscape architects, were on hand to enjoy a sausage sizzle and learn a little more about the benefits of ParkFit.

Regardless of the location, all attendees were impressed with the look and use of the equipment and the design flexibility provided by the clamp and rail system to provide structures with both moving and static exercise stations, plus opportunities to cater for a variety of abilities through height and design variations.

Further come and try days are currently being planned for Adelaide and Melbourne. Watch this space for further details.
